Rachel views fitness as the center stone of a healthy, happy and balanced life. She starts with that mindset to motivate and encourage each private client and individual participating her group classes to transform their bodies and minds so they may enjoy their best lives. Rachel enjoys teaching a number of modalities, and emphasizes functional training methods that translate to more effective, efficient movement in day-to-day activities. Rachel holds certifications from Les Mills and Lagree Fitness, and is preparing to test to become a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Rachel’s favorite things are laughing, chocolate, and exploring sunny local beaches and parks by kayak, Kangoos, or Rollerblades.
