Nilsa Rohaidy

Nilsa always had a vested interest in helping others realize their personal potential.  As a graduate of Iona College with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling, Nilsa worked as an individual and family therapist, while  collaborating with community based agencies and county officials for the development of social service programs.

As a psychology major, she could not overlook the obvious connections between the motivational aspects of fitness and the ensuing positive transformation. In 2009 Nilsa  switched career paths to full time Group Fitness Instructor and Health and Wellness. Coach. With her love of positive psychology and physical fitness, she combines the positive, adaptive, creative and emotionally fulfilling aspects of human behavior and physical health and well being to inspire, motivate, and empower others to become the best version of themselves!

Nilsa is a certified Les Mills group fitness instructor  in RPM, Tone, CXWORX, Body Pump, GRIT Series, Sprint, and BodyCombat. She is also certified  in POP Pilates, bootybarre, Hyperwear Sandbell, Schwinn MPower, TRX suspension coach, and CPR/AED. Nilsa’s goal is to help others fall in love with movement.

Tired of the cold, frigid winters in New Jersey,  Nilsa recently moved to Florida where she enjoys exploring the beaches and participating in outdoor activities.
