My name is Erin Murphy, and I’ve been a personal and group trainer for 4 years. I am passionate about health and fitness, as I’ve been an athlete my entire life. I graduated with my BS in Kinesiology from the University of Alabama in 2017, and I am currently studying for my MS in Nutrition at Logan University. My recent experience is in sports specific training, injury prevention and kickboxing. These experiences have allowed me to utilize those techniques in order to optimize the best results possible. My ultimate goal is to create an inviting and positive environment for everyone by helping to create a healthy lifestyle!
