Meet Jennifer:

Jennifer Mercado is all about bringing the fun to fitness! A former clown turned group fitness instructor, she blends infectious energy with a deep passion for wellness to create uplifting, high-impact classes that keep people coming back for more.

Her journey into fitness began as a teenager through strength training, eventually leading her to compete in five half marathons, two CrossFit competitions, and a bodybuilding competition. After stepping away from the corporate world and earning her Zumba license in August 2024, Jennifer quickly expanded her expertise with certifications in Aqua Fitness and Personal Training.

Before diving into fitness full-time, Jennifer worked as a corporate trainer and public school educator. Outside the studio, she’s a proud wife, mom of two, and event entertainer—bringing joy wherever she goes.
