Meet Melissa:
Born and raised in Florida, Melissa Enterlein has carried a lifelong passion for fitness, shaped by growing up in a household where both parents were deeply involved in the fitness and business industry. That early influence laid the foundation for her devotion to holistic wellness—nurturing mind, body, and soul.
Her journey with Pilates began in 2019 when her mom introduced her to the practice, marking a transformative moment in her life. Pilates quickly became a cornerstone in overcoming physical and mental challenges, leading her to earn certifications in both Classical Mat and Pilates Apparatus.
Beyond the studio, Melissa is a dedicated educator specializing in adolescents with autism spectrum disorder, a research enthusiast, and a lover of scenic runs and nature. Her vision is to integrate her academic background, personal experience, and Pilates training into her own practice—one that embraces a holistic approach to health and wellness for diverse populations.
